Cristal Law Group is pleased to announce that Starlene D. McGory, Esq. (“Star”) has recently joined the firm. Starlene brings over 20 years of experience in defending Workers’ Compensation claims. The focus of her law career has been representing employers and insurance carriers in Workers’ Compensation matters. Starlene has also represented employers and their carriers in General Liability matters as well. She is a certified instructor in Workers’ Compensation for the Department of Financial Services and has lectured at seminars on various topics in Workers’ Compensation law including adjuster ethics.
Starlene is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Florida. She is also admitted to practice in Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar including the Workers’ Compensation Section. Her practice areas will include Workers’ Compensation Defense, Insurance Defense, Employment Law Defense, Civil Litigation and Appellate Practice.
Star is happily married to Tim and together they have two adult children.
