Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation and Defense Base Act Defense
Longshore claims are a unique area of the law and only a small percentage of attorneys in the State defend them on behalf of employers. However, our attorneys have years of experience handling USL&H claims throughout the Southeast; not just Florida.
