Given the restrictions placed on attorneys representing injured employees in securing Employer paid fees in Workers’ Compensation claims in the State of Florida, we believe there will be a strong surge in Civil claims filed against Employers for Intentional Torts and incidents that were “Virtually Certain” to lead to serious injury or death.
